Every product has a size chart associated with it on the product page. If you would like further assistance with sizing, please do not hesitate to reach out.

All hand made garments should be cleaned via dry cleaning. Traditional washer / dryers will distort the fabric.

There are two categories of orders. Regular orders and pre-orders.

Regular Orders

These are processed the same day as long as the order is received before 5pm EST. Shipping normally takes 2-3 days.

Pre-orders

These are orders that we don't have in stock but we have the fabric. Once purchase our tailors will start working on this on the next day. These types of orders normally take 2-3 weeks.

Yes. We ship to most countries.

A customer has 30 days to return the garment for a full refund. It's important to note that the item must not be damaged in a way that would prevent resale.

Rest assured, we use high-quality images and detailed descriptions to ensure the colors of our dresses match what you see online. Additionally, we offer a hassle-free return/exchange policy if the color doesn't meet your expectations. Feel free to reach out if you have any further questions!
